Übersicht
Flexible, inexpensive, and capable of handling huge sets of data, the cloud is changing the face of computing and business, transforming the way we live and work. Cloud computing offers scalable computing resources on demand, supplying both science and business with solutions and challenges. Opportunities include low cost of access for small businesses, reduced cost of using IT resources, and the ability to handle very large volumes of data.
In this context, faced with the growing needs of companies and organizations in terms of qualified profiles in the Cloud professions, the ECE, with its partners Cap Gemini and Orange, has designed the MSc “Cloud Native Engineering”.
With the MSc “Cloud Native Engineering” our objective is to train cloud engineers, true orchestra conductor, who “in charge of the deployment, storage and management of data on servers located outside the company in data centers, …, specialist in algorithms, programming and software and network architecture” according to the CIDJ (Youth Information and Documentation Center). Its missions are varied; they range from securing sensitive dematerialized data to optimizing energy consumption in data centers and managing big data. Another responsibility, less technical but just as major, is the valuable relationship between the client company and the supplier.
