Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) N. B. for non-EU/EFTA applicants: the gap since your completed Bachelor degree should not exceed five years. Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Technological Sciences (Biotechnology) and Engineering Sciences (Bioengineering). Scientific research project or internship as part of the bachelor’s studies. Completion of at least 30 ECTS credits in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc., during the bachelor’s studies. The weighted average of the grades in these subjects must be at least 60% of the maximum possible grade. Applicants with an overall grade average of at least 70% are eligible for admission. Applicants must submit a motivational letter for the study programme and one academic reference. Applicants who meet all requirements will be invited to a motivational interview. The interview will be conducted online, with the time and date arranged individually. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Lithuanian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Applicants must upload education documents in original language, as well as translations into English. Overview
This program focuses on solving specific problems through projects in laboratories and individual counseling (mentoring). The uniqueness of the program is a study based on a practical experimental projects conducted in Research laboratories or Biotechnology companies. The aim of this program is to train professionals who will be able to work productively in biotechnological companies or to pursue doctoral studies.
