Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) N. B. for non-EU/EFTA applicants: The gap since your completed Bachelor degree should not exceed five years. No less than 20 ECTS credits in the fields of management, marketing, and optional courses in fields of business and management. If your qualification and motivation meet the requirements, you will receive an invitation for an interview with the Admissions Committee. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Russian / Lithuanian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university. |

The programme meets the needs of modern labor markets, as there is a high demand for HRM professionals who know how to organize activities in a multicultural environment and are able to work in international teams.
Professors of the programme have accumulated knowledge and competencies that meet the modern challenges of HRM, and the attraction of lecturers from abroad will allow to get acquainted with the international practices that exist in the organizations in other countries.
