Distance learning takes the form of evening lectures, practical and interactive sessions. Classes are taught by academics and industry professionals.
Today’s changing public relations environment and the rapid growth in the use of digital technologies reinforce the importance of digital skills among professionals in the field, so the emphasis is on the latest developments in the theory and practice of the field, digital communication and digital transformation, as well as on courses that develop students’ creativity, promote a modern worldview and allow them to understand the variety of ways and methods of implementing public relations and communication.
As communication is international in small countries such as Latvia, the study programme takes full advantage of RISEBA’s international experience and attracts guest lecturers from abroad – the UK, the USA, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries.
